Kia Kaha Bootcamps

Under the umbrella of Daly Fitness I have established “Kia Kaha” bootcamps, utilising over ten years experience of bootcamp business in London in fulham and Chelsea. Kia Kaha is Moari for ‘stay strong’. Having spent the first 30 years of my life growing up in New Zealand I have used this name as it resonates deeply with my childhood and sports belief.

The bootcamp curently runs Saturday mornings 7:45am and Tuesday evenings 7:15pm at Durley chine. The bootcamp utilises a wide range of equipment such as battle ropes, slam balls, bar bells, kettlebells and boxing gloves and pads.
The key goal is functional fitness; making you burn calories and tone muscles. I aim to improve core strength, as I deem it as a necessity for fitness development, and cardio fitness to help people lose weight and have better lung capacity.

The bootcamp can be attended by all ages and fitness levels as long as you are mobile and without major injury. Options are given to those who are new for the first month, so don’t be worried just join in and become fitter and stronger as the weeks go by. £10pp.
