PT REHAB

Rehabilitation from injuries and operations is a specialist area I have developed from over a decade of working with physiotherapists in London. Knee, ankle, hip and shoulders are all areas I have experience and knowledge over the last two decades.
I can work closely with a physio or chiropractor to strengthen your body based on expert analysis. Often people have a scar tissue and mud alert or joint problems that have been ignored for many years. I can analyse and strengthen your body after an initial assessment, the satisfaction in seeing people overcome niggling injuries and aches and pains is tremendous, some simple exercises balancing left and right sides of the body often help for immediate improvements. Core and back strengthening is also fundamental for better body alignment and a healthier functioning body to enjoy sports, treks and other activities.

There are three offerings for rehab PT:

Starter:

Once every week focusing on mobility with detailed exercises to do at home and renewed each week.


Strengthen:

Twice per week. A balance of mobility and strengthening to reach your goals sooner.


Elite:

mobility, strength and assessment of the balance between left and right legs and arms 2-3 times a week.
