I really believe in personalised workouts to allow each individual to find a style that motivates them so fitness is never a chore but a good fun part of the day. For many it’s tricky to be completely focused on training at the start, but over time and with results I have found clients want to train more because of how much happier they feel in general life from becoming fitter.
Personal training is adapted to suit your body and desired results be it improved mobility, endurance event planning, weight loss or body shape, strength and tone.
Training is offered in packages of 10 for weekly clients with each session lasting 60min. In addition to this video exercise plans are sent to clients for them to do daily routines to speed up fitness gains. Options are available to do pay as you go each week to give flexibility and also two to one sessions and small groups. Training sessions can also be for 30 mins and 45 mins to suit people with less time available - these are at lower rates.
